Kansas City Chiefs @ Atlanta Falcons

The 8-3 Kansas City Chiefs and their field goal post loving kicker take on the 7-4 Atlanta Falcons and the high powered Matty Ice offense. The battle of Tony Gonzales! The Kansas City Chiefs are coming off of an overtime victory against the Denver Broncos that provided the viewers with an exciting field goal to end the game. The Atlanta Falcons are coming off of a blow out victory against the once very good team in the Arizona Cardinals. The Atlanta Falcons have been just solid at home getting victories against the Cardinals, Packers, and Panthers while only losing to the Chargers in overtime. The Falcons have had some late season failures the past few years, but this year has a different feeling. The Kansas City Chiefs just don't have the high powered offense to win a shoot out against the Atlanta Falcons. According the oddshark.com the Falcons are a 4 point favorite. I am taking the Atlanta falcons beating the Kansas City Chiefs 31-23.

Dallas Cowboys @ Minnesota Vikings

This Thursday night matchup between the Cowboys and the Vikings might seem to be an easy pick this week. The 10-1 Dallas Cowboys hot off a Thanksgiving Day win against the division rival Redskins taking on the Minnesota Vikings who are off a defeat of the division rival Detroit Lions suffered on Thanksgiving. Two times this year the Vikings thought they had beaten the Lions, but both times found a way to lose the game at the end. The Cowboys high powered rookie duo of Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliot seem to enjoy the pressure of primetime and probably can't even remember the last time they lost. At the end of the day the Cowboys have a two game lead on the Giants for their division and have a steady lead for the first seed in the playoff picture. The Vikings however are one game back in their division behind the Lions, so they are basically two games back from the lead. After the Greenbay loss on Monday night the only real threat to the Lions are the Vikings and at the end of the day the Vikings need to think of this game as a must win. The Dallas Cowboys are a 3.5 point favorite in this Thursday Night primetime game according to oddshark.com. In my opinion the Vikings need to win this game, they are at home, have a solid defense, and are hopefully getting their number one wide receiver back Stefon Diggs back. I am taking the Minnesota Vikings winning this game 24-21 beating the spread by 6.5 points.
